24 Hour Emergency

Dealing with a windblown tree
Dealing with a windblown tree

Climbersway Tree Care provides a service for trees which are unexpectedly blown or have fallen into a hazardous situation. We have the correct knowledge and equipment to solve these situations creating a safe area.

Windblown trees often have tension and compression in various areas of the stem and limbs. This therefore calls for more technical methods in order to remove the tree.

Root plates of trees commonly lift when a tree is blown over, this will create a large decline in the ground. It is unsafe for anyone including the tree team to go within this area as at any time the tree could move back into the hole as there is a lot of weight on the root plate. This danger increases when weight is released from the canopy of the fallen tree. Not just the root plate is in danger of moving when weight is being released from the canopy; the tree is likely to twist and budge at all times so it is crucial people do not try and take some branches from windblown trees to save money as they are placing themselves in great danger.

When trees fall they can often get hung up in neighboring trees, please don’t panic if this is the case. When arriving our team can deal with rigging the tree down in whatever manor is most efficient. Whilst on site the team will also inspect the affected neighbouring trees to insure they are in a stable state to be left.

Advantages to Emergency Service

  • Prevents accidents which may occur if the fallen tree is left in position.
  • Leaves surrounding area clear and safe.
